Running out of Title Ideas

We had Sol’s 2nd vaccinations done yesterday. It was really awful. He really did very well, but he did give the most heartbreaking cry. We also spent most of our day trying to fix our Medicaid stuff. So we pretty much were driving all over Alachua county. We managed to fix what Medicaid messed up, but we have no coverage in Alachua County until October. We had done everything right. Someone in DCF just screwed us up because he/she had inputted our address wrong into the system. We had that fixed, and called the Medicaid people to correct our coverage. It’s really frustrating. We had to get Sol’s shots done at the health department rather than our usual pediatrician. I mean, the Health Department people are really nice. It would just be nicer to be able to go to our usual doctor.
Especially now that Sol has a really high fever. I know that fevers are a normal effect of vaccinations, but that won’t stop me from worrying. At least we can still call our pediatrician’s office and get advice on how to take care of his fever.

Ok. I think I am done ranting for now.
