I thought maybe that little sickness I had a few weeks ago would be it. How wrong I was… I haven’t been able to do any of my exercising or running for about a week now. On Sunday, I actually felt pretty good, but managed to schedule something for just about every hour of that day. It was also a birthday celebration for my niece and for my sis-in-law.
At the moment though… I am fighting a cough that I am worried is getting deeper into my lungs. I had bronchitis a year and a half ago and my lungs really haven’t been the same since. I will give it a few more days before I head to a doc.
On a more positive note: I have become part of a workout “study” for a small gym near my house (I am actually reading this as a free trial in an attempt to get me hooked and buy a membership). In any case, I have a membership for 3 weeks and 9 actual 30 minute scheduled workouts. I can go in when I want, other than the 9 scheduled ones. Pretty nice.
So yeah, I have sucked majorly at keeping up with my weekly routine. I am hoping to start getting back into it tomorrow.
